Shipping Time:
  • Our standard shipping time is approximately 1-3 weeks from the date of order confirmation. (Some items may vary.)
  • The shipping time includes the processing period, package preparation, and transit time to your specified delivery address.
Shipping Methods:
  • We currently only offer standard shipping for all orders.
Shipping Costs:
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your order.
Order Tracking:
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Delays:
  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or other external factors may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
Address Accuracy:
  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate. We will not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
  • After your order has been placed, we cannot change the address of the shipping order.
Customs and Duties:
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. The customer is responsible for any additional charges imposed by the destination country's customs authorities.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
GBC Boutique tries our best to ensure all of our customers have a great experience. While we do our best, we cannot control if your package gets lost or stolen. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation.
We understand how distressing it can be to experience a lost or damaged package, and we want to assist you through the claims process.
To proceed with filing a claim for the lost and damaged package, we kindly request that you provide the following information:
  1. Gather any information regarding your purchase (screenshots of delivery, purchase etc.) 
  2. File a claim with USPS here for loss or damaged packages: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
  3. Please be sure to follow all instructions provided by USPS. 
* All lost or damaged packages must have proof of purchase and proof of value. You must contact USPS or the carrier you selected within 60 days from the date of delivery. Please note the packages are insured up to $100.00.
