Return or Exchange:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days from the delivery date. You can exchange eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery that are unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and with all tags attached. At this time, we do not offer a refund, it is exchange only. 
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for an exchange or return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Any items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for an exchange.
Initiating an Online Exchange:
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team at or 929-333-9666. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return your items and guide you through the process.
Exchange Shipping:
Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If approved, your exchanged item will be processed, and a new tracking number will be sent to the customer to ensure the exchanged item arrives safely. 
Instore Exchange:
If you wish to exchange an item, you may do so at our Brooklyn location. Exchanges are only allowed if the item is unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as purchased.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the return of the item and either provide a replacement or issue a refund.
